Audio & Sound
Audio-related problems can entail a wide variety of problems and causes.
A primary issue is that sound just isn’t coming out at all. The most obvious fix to this is just to turn your volume up.
A less obvious cause may be the fact that your sound output settings aren’t configured correctly.
For Windows users: Press Ctrl-Windows Key-V. This opens the sound output window, where you can see connected audio devices and pick which one you’d like the audio to come out of.
For Mac users: Clicking the volume icon on the menu bar allows you to change the volume output source, alongside changing the volume.
Another audio-related problem can be manifest in sound distortion: maybe the sound coming out is too hissy or lacks adequate clarity. In this case, you might want to double-check your
audio connector cables. Perhaps try detaching it, then wipe it a bit using a tissue or some cloth,
then reattach it.
